Program Components
PART 1
Participants learn key communication techniques that will result in more effective and compassionate communication. Topics discussed include mastering verbal and non-verbal skills, understanding tone, cadence, and inflection, and the concept of “It’s Hard to Fire Your Best Friend”.
PART 2
Improvisational Roll-play Participants take part in 2 role-playing sessions with our professional actors. The scenes are customized to the participant's individual needs identified during the first session. The scenes are recorded and participants will have the opportunity to review their performance with Dr. Orsini and his team.
PART 3
Debriefing and follow-up Participants meet with Dr. Orsini and his team to discuss their success in utilizing the communication concepts learned in real-life practice.
